CorePeelers Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to Engage, Educate and Empower individuals and groups to achieve their full potential. The organization is committed to help people become self-empowered, self-dependant and self-employed by upskilling them through its ATMA Programs (ATMA – Awareness, Training, Motivation and Action). ATMA is an effort by the foundation for holistic development.

With a vision to add value at the global level the organization is based out of India with representation of people across the world. Foundation is also working to open up its branches across the world and touch different aspects of human life.
Organization and its growing number of members across the world are focused on using the unique CorePeelers methodology to benefit mankind by helping individuals to reconnect with their inner-self. A connected individual is empowered to face the adversities of life with a greater sense of mental, emotional and spiritual powers.

Foundation Objectives

To create self-employment opportunities in the rural, urban and tribal areas and to organize Skill training and Entrepreneurial Development Training Programmes.
To Encourage women empowerment and advocating the promotion of gender equality within a community and to conduct various women development programmes.
To implement welfare programmes for the children and establish shelter to full fill their basic requirements and to sensitize common people against child marriages and child Labour.
To promote and implement integrated Rural, Tribal and Urban development activities in the country.
To provide help/shelter/facilities to old people and disabled persons for their welfare.
To propagate the need for tree plantation/pollution control to provide genuine and educational information to the public about the issues related to environmental awareness.
To promote social awareness activities among the peoples and to implement social welfare programmes.
To Promote good quality of educational activities in the society through educational awareness and establishing pre-primary, primary, Higher secondary schools, colleges and various other educational and training institutions.
To provide on Line and offline training to the global society, through various strings of Society and to prepare its own courses and certifications to impart training and enable tie-ups with other global trainers and training organizations
To work with people and communities experiencing poverty to empower them to address poverty and to enable families to cross the poverty line by taking up self-employment ventures.
To work for family planning awareness and to organize health camps with a view to reaching medical care to the general masses, especially the disadvantaged sections of the society.
To educate people against taking drugs and issues related to alcohol, aids etc.
To encourage and promote good quality of research in the field of science & technology, medicine, Ayurveda, yoga and traditional therapy with the collaboration of national and international organisation/society/institution.
To promote integrated rural and urban development activities and to work for uplifting rural/urban people for their overall development.
To promote and conduct integrated development activities for SC/ST/OBC/Minority communities
To sensitize the public about water management, the value of water, water crises and adopt habits to save water.
To organize various programmes for the welfare of Disabled/Handicapped persons.
To conduct youth development programmes to maximize youth potential in society and to promote games and sports activities for youth.

To protect social value and cultural heritage.
To promote and arrange yoga and meditation to help maintain peace of mind, etc.
To promote an understanding of Human rights/Children’s rights.
To provide relief & support activities during Disaster & Calamity.
To arrange the shelter, food arrangement, veterinary help for the animals.
To promote welfare schemes for farmers and to provide extension and training services for the development of organic agriculture and horticulture activities.
To protect consumer rights through intensive awareness campaigning.
To make pollution-free earth which includes enhancing the quality of the global environment for the benefit of all people and promoting better understanding.
To work for equipping the general masses of people with modern technical and professional skills in the areas of communication and information technology.
To provide a platform for Cultural Promotion of various cultures across the globe through traditional and digital media and conceptualize, develop and manage all collaterals and course material for various training and promotions (traditional and digital) for Cultural knowledge and promotion
To acquire or sharpen capabilities among the persons to perform various functions associated with their present or expected future roles, and to develop general capabilities.
To evolve a system of democratic decentralization and devolution of people with a view to ensuring rapid socio-economic progress and speedier and inexpensive justice in Panchayat Raj.
To make people aware of healthy sanitation practices by bringing behavioral changes in people and to link people with the programmes of sanitation and public health in order to generate public awareness.
To organize and participate in regional, state, national, international meetings, seminars, conferences and workshops.
To carry out charitable activities to support the marginalized sections of the society such as orphaned children, homeless people, mentally retarded and physically challenged peoples.
To design, develop, training courses and impart training to all sections of the society both in Offline and Online modes. Propagate and educate about regional, national, and international cultures for Social benefit.
To act as an event organisation to conceptualize, design, deliver, manage and own any kind of events which may be required to promote any product, service, person, concept, idea, religion, culture, or philosophy for self or for clients in India or any other country.
To accept gifts, bequests, devisers or donations of any movable or immovable property or any right or interests therein from members or others.

Late Dr. Om Prakash Dave was enthusiastically and persistently involved in NGO promotion and development of first-generation entrepreneurship in India since last 30 years with the support of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) and National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), Government of India. He is one of the pioneers for the implementation of concept and philosophy of entrepreneurial development in rural India. Dr. Dave obtained his post-graduate degree in Social Work and a doctorate from Indore University.
